Named after the British market town of Dorking in Surrey, the Dorking is a 5 toed breed which traces it's begins somewhere before the reign of Julius Ceasar, circa 54 BC.
5 -toed with a rectangular body and short legs, the Dorking is a very versatile breed for both meat and egg production. Skin color is white, instead of the yellow that most Americans are accustomed to.
